Troubleshooting:

Microsoft Java VM or Sun Microsystems Java version 1.4 are required for proper operation of the above link. Windows XP users must first download and install Java as native support is no longer included with Windows XP. Java 1.4 can be downloaded here for free from our website. If you have a newer Java version already installed, the above camera link will work, although, some text may appear in Japanese.

If you are still having trouble connecting to the camera or desire a more robust interface, you may download and install the free "Viewer for PC" software as follows:

1. Download the software from our website here (2.7 MB)
2. Install as directed
3. Configure - File/Connect and enter the hostname "173.8.217.9", tick the "auto" radio button, enter the video port as "65310", the camera control port as "65311" and the http port as "8081"
4. You may want to save these settings under "option..." before leaving the connect page
5. Press "OK" to connect. You may need to adjust your personal firewall, if used.
